Endo Bath #1 / Refresh & Renew

Especially good for Endometriosis, hormonal imbalance, circulation, pain, pelvic congestion, menstrual irregularities, menopausal symptoms, lethargy, balance, mood, stress. This bath is great by itself, providing relief for some women from Endometriosis symptoms, or general menstrual irregularities. It is also recommended as the hot water portion of an alternating sitz bath. This bath is especially helpful for the symptoms associated with Endometriosis on the bowel. Use 1oz. per bath, 2 oz. for more severe problems. Sitz Bath: Use the bath tub for the hot water, but not too hot, or the essential oils will evaporate. Use a large planter or wash tub for the cold water. Cold water is tepid or luke warm, not freezing cold. Soak from at least the waist down for 20 minutes in the hot water containing Endo Bath #1. Soak in the plain cold water for 5 minutes. Return to the hot water for 15 minutes. Repeat cycle 3-5 times.
